How do I care for fresh cut flowers?

Flowers from Flourish are freshly harvested and very thirsty.  We recommend adding fresh water to your vase EVERY DAY and your bouquet will last more than a week.  Your bouquet will last extra long if you completely drain and replace the water and trim the stems of the flowers every few days.

We grow everything in our home gardens in Liberty, MO.  We plant in the fall, spring and summer to keep a fresh variety of flowers blooming for 7 months.  We continue to expand our varieties but really love to grow tulips, allium, iris, dahlias, zinnias, sunflowers, lisianthus, gladiolus, and tons of perrennials.

Vases, jars, and containers of all sorts are great for arrangements, but not always great for storage.  You are welcome to save and reuse your vase, but if you don't want to keep it, we'd be happy to take those off your hands and reuse them for future orders. Email us to arrange pick up or leave on the porch when we deliver your subscription.
